LustNexus respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international copyright laws.

1. For Game Creators / Developers

If you are the creator or developer of a game hosted on this platform and you would like it to be removed, we will honor your request. Simply contact us with the following information:

1. Your full name or organization name.
2. Proof that you are the game’s creator (e.g., link to your official page on Patreon, itch.io, or your development website).
3. The title and/or URL of the game on our platform.
4. A clear statement requesting removal of the game.

We will process your request and remove the game as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 48–72 hours of receiving a valid request.

2. For Copyright / Intellectual Property Holders

If you believe that content within a game hosted on this platform infringes upon your copyrighted work or intellectual property, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
2. Identification of the infringing material on our platform, including the URL(s) or sufficient information to locate it.
3. Your contact information: Full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of a person authorized to act on your behalf).

3. How to Submit a Request

4. Our Response Process

1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your request.
2. Review: We will review the information provided to verify its validity.
3. Action: If the request is valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified content promptly, typically within 48–72 hours.
4. Notification: If applicable, we may notify the game’s developer about the takedown.

5. Counter-Notification

If you are a game developer and believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, and phone number.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringers

LustNexus reserves the right to permanently remove content from developers who are the subject of repeated valid takedown requests.

7. Good Faith

Please note that submitting a false or misleading DMCA takedown notice may result in liability. We encourage all parties to act in good faith and to seek legal advice if unsure about the legitimacy of a claim.
